Some of our menu favorites can be shipped from our kitchen to yours! 

Please note:

All of these menu items are  made to order  and may take up  to  5 days for preparation.

Each item is shipped in 2 qt. containers. Shipping is based upon availability.

Seafood Gumbo (Market Price)  |  $75

a roux based dish made with shrimp, crabs (blue), andouille and pork sausage and turkey meat.  Best served over rice.

Chicken & Sausage Gumbo  |  $55

a roux based dish made with chicken and sausage cooked to perfection. Best served over rice.

Veggie Gumbo  |  $45

made with fresh vegetables simmered in a flavorful vegetable broth cooked with special blends and spices. This item can be served over rice or served as a vegetable soup.

Crawfish Étouffée  |  $65

étouffée = a thick cajun-creole stew

This is a butter based blonde roux cuisine made with crawfish tails combined with special seasoning blends and spices.  Best served over rice.

This is a butter based blonde roux made with shrimp slowly simmered in special seasoning blends and spices cooked to perfection. Best served over rice.

Storage & Care Information

Nola Girl’s Gumbo Soup, Gumbo and Étouffée can be refrigerated for 3 to 4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 to 4 months.

Preparation Instructions

Item will be shipped frozen.

Upon arrival leave in refrigerator over night to thaw.

Once thawed, transfer into pot and simmer, stirring frequently until hot throughout.

Serve over rice.

Shipping Details

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.  

Nola Girl’s Gumbo ships items Monday through Thursday only.

Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. box.
